More Information: Kenneth was with the Royal Engineers as bomb disposal during the war. Towards the end of the war, he was disarming our own mines around Brighton Pier when 13 mines exploded. He was badly injured and lost his sight. He was awarded the MBE in 1944. He went on to acheive many extraordinary things with his wife being his eyes. Read his story Here. |
