More Information: Hannah used the name Elsie in the 1921 Census and she was also named as Elsie in John Parsons obituary. It is believed that she had an illegitimate son Leslie that was listed as adopted by her mother (Ellen) on the 1911 Census. The Christening record for Leslie stated the mother as Elsie Armstrong. Leslie was raised as a brother to Hannah, Charles and Daisy. Hannah and Leslie arrived in Canada together in 1911. |
